1. Who we are
HonorElevate is an artificial-intelligence business-automation service operated by Connor MacIvor in Santa Clarita, California. We build and run AI voice agents, lead-nurturing automation, CRM workflows, and marketing systems for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit honorelevate.com, request a demo or audit, or interact with a system we operate, and what we do with it.
This policy covers the HonorElevate website and our own sales and onboarding process. When we build and operate a system for a client business, that client is the controller of the contacts in their own account, and their own privacy notice governs how those contacts' data is handled.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details you submit through a form, audit request, or demo booking: name, business name, email address, and phone number.
- Anything you tell us about your business, your goals, and your current systems during a call, demo, or email exchange.
- The content of messages you send us by email, web form, or text.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server and analytics data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring source.
- Interaction data from our website, such as which sections you view and which links you click.
Information from our AI voice agents
- If you call a demo line or a line we operate, we may collect the phone number, the call audio, and a transcript of the conversation, as described in section 4.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your request for a demo, audit, quote, or support.
- Contact you about working together and follow up on conversations you started.
- Build, configure, demonstrate, and improve the automation systems we offer.
- Operate and secure our website and services.
- Meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI voice agents and call handling
Some phone numbers we publish connect you to an AI voice agent rather than a person. When you interact with one of our AI voice systems, the call may be recorded and transcribed so the system can understand your request, book an appointment, and pass an accurate message along. Where the law requires notice or consent before recording, the system provides that notice at the start of the call. If you do not want to speak with an AI agent or be recorded, you can email us instead at connor@honorelevate.com.
5. Text messaging and consent
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages related to your request, your appointment, or the service you asked about. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything.
6. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Service providers that operate parts of our stack under contract, such as our CRM and automation platform, telephony and voice-AI providers, email delivery, hosting, and analytics. They may process your information only to provide their service to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we are required to respond to lawful requests or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer, if the business is ever sold or reorganized, in which case information would transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described here: to answer your inquiry, to serve you if we work together, and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of our marketing at any time. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email connor@honorelevate.com and we will respond as required by law.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.
11. Children's privacy
HonorElevate is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
