Panel 1: 5-Number Summary
The top of every dashboard view. Same 5 numbers as the Monday brief: calls handled, pipeline value, appointments booked, closed-won revenue, reviews captured.
Interactivity
Click any number to drill into the underlying detail. Click "Calls handled: 147" and see every call with timestamp, source, outcome, and recording (if applicable).
Panel 2: Pipeline Detail
Every open deal organized by stage. Drag-and-drop to update stage manually. Click any deal to open the full contact record.
Stuck deal flagging
Deals beyond SLA show with red indicators. Quotes 72+ hours old. Booked appointments without confirmation. Owner intervenes accordingly.
Panel 3: Source Attribution
Revenue, booked jobs, and CPBJ by source over the last 30/90/365 days. Sortable, filterable. Discussed in detail in Lead Source Attribution.
Panel 4: Per-Tech Performance
Each tech's bookings, completed jobs, average ticket, customer satisfaction, drive time, and revenue contribution. Compare techs. Identify training opportunities.
Privacy note
Tech-level data visible to owner and dispatcher roles. Techs see their own data only. Avoids unproductive comparison among the team.
Panel 5: Review Monitoring
New reviews this week, trailing average, response rate, sentiment trend. Click any review to draft a response (AI provides draft) and post.
Panel 6: Workflow Status
Which workflows fired this week. Success rates (delivered, opened, responded). Errors flagged for investigation.
Health monitoring
If MCTB stops firing or review requests fail to send, this panel surfaces the problem before it costs revenue.
Panel 7: Customer Search
Type any customer name, phone, address, or email. Full history surfaces in real time. Useful before phone calls (know context before dialing) and during reviews (find past customers quickly).
Dashboard customization
Owners can rearrange panels, add custom widgets, or hide panels not relevant to their operation. Most owners stay with the default after onboarding because the layout is industry-tuned.
Mobile dashboard
Full dashboard available on mobile with the same panels in a stacked layout. The 5-number summary fits any screen. Drill-down works on phone. Useful for the owner who wants to glance during the workday.
