Emergency vs scheduled triage
Emergency = no cooling in summer + kids/elderly + over 85F indoor. Routes to immediate dispatch. Standard service = anything else. Routes to next-available slot.
Replacement candidate flagging
If system age > 12 years AND any repair quote > $500, lead is auto-tagged "Replacement Candidate." Owner gets notification. Replacement consultation offer fires automatically.
