Most agencies pitch "live in 30 days." Some pitch "live in 90 days." A few pitch "live in 6 months." The honest answer for HonorElevate is 72 hours for the Growth tier, 5-7 days for the Dominate tier with full AI voice agent training. Here is exactly what happens during that window.
Hour 0: Agreement signed
The moment you sign the agreement, the sub-account is provisioned automatically. You get a welcome email with three things: a link to the kickoff call calendar, a one-page intake form (10 questions, takes 6 minutes), and Connor's direct cell phone number for anything that comes up.
This is the only friction point that is on you. Fill the intake form before the kickoff call. The form covers your services, your hours, your service area, your standard pricing, your top 5 FAQs, your existing software, your phone numbers, your team, and your preferred escalation rules.
Hour 1-4: Kickoff call
30 minutes by Zoom or phone. We walk through your intake form together so I can ask the questions you did not realize were questions. Things like: "What does your tech actually say when a customer asks if you do warranty work on a unit you did not install?" Those nuances are what make the AI sound like your business and not a SaaS chatbot.
By the end of the kickoff call, I have everything I need to build. You have everything you need to wait. The next time we talk is the walkthrough on Day 2.
Hour 4-24: The build
This is where I do the heavy lifting. While you are running your business, here is what I am doing inside your sub-account:
- Phone numbers provisioned or your existing numbers ported in (porting takes 2-7 business days separately, but the AI runs on the new number in parallel until porting completes).
- Pipeline stages built for your specific industry. HVAC pipelines look different from dental pipelines. Both come pre-templated, then customized.
- Workflows wired: missed call text-back, web chat to SMS handoff, post-job review request, estimate follow-up, stale-lead reactivation. All built and tested.
- Web chat widget configured with the conversation script tuned to your services. Snippet generated for your existing website.
- Booking calendars synced two-way with your Google or Outlook calendar. Buffer time, working hours, and emergency slots configured.
- Review engine connected to your Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook. Three-channel review request sequence loaded.
- Conversation inbox set up so every call, text, email, and chat lands in one screen.
- Team logins created with role-based permissions. Welcome SMS queued for each team member.
- Owner dashboard configured with the five-metric layout. Weekly brief queued to start the following Monday.
At the end of Day 1, the platform is built. The AI agent (Dominate tier) is in training. Test calls are scheduled for the morning of Day 2.
Day 2: Test calls and training
This is the most important day. We make 8-15 test calls together by phone. I play different customer scenarios. You listen to how the AI handles each one. We catch the things the intake form did not surface.
- Standard inbound: "I need an estimate." → AI qualifies and books.
- After-hours emergency: "My pipe burst." → AI escalates with structured SMS to your cell.
- Edge case: "Do you service [town outside your area]?" → AI answers honestly, captures contact, routes if you have a referral partner.
- Difficult caller: vague, hostile, or confused. → AI handles with patience or escalates if needed.
- Existing customer: "I have a question about my last job." → AI looks them up, hands off appropriately.
For each call we tune the script. Pricing language, escalation thresholds, scheduling rules, brand voice. By the end of Day 2 the agent sounds like your business. Not a SaaS chatbot. Not a generic AI. Your business.
We also run the owner walkthrough on Day 2. 30 minutes. I show you the dashboard, the inbox, how to find anything you need. You get the iOS and Android app installed on your phone so you can answer texts from the conversation inbox even when you are out of the truck.
Day 3: Go-live
Go-live day is undramatic by design. We pick a window that is low-traffic for your business (often a weekday morning around 9 AM). We:
- Run final test calls together on the live number.
- Flip the call routing so inbound calls hit the AI instead of your old voicemail or answering service.
- Send the welcome SMS to your team telling them the new system is live.
- Drop the web chat snippet onto your website (you or your web person handles this; takes 3 minutes).
- Watch the first real customer call come in together.
By lunch on Day 3, your business is running on HonorElevate. Connor is on standby for the next 48 hours. Anything you notice gets adjusted that day, not next week.
Day 4-7: Tuning week
The first week of real call data is gold. We see exactly how customers actually phrase things, what questions come up that your team forgot to mention in the intake, and where the AI handles vs escalates.
Every weekday during the first week I review the call log and make small adjustments: a phrasing tweak here, an FAQ added there, a routing rule clarified. By Friday of week one the system is calibrated to your actual customers, not your imagined ones.
Monday of week two, the first weekly brief lands in your inbox at 7 AM. Five numbers. Two minutes to read. The system is now running itself.
Ready to start the 72-hour clock?
Free 30-minute audit. We map your specific build, identify any items that might extend the timeline (porting, integrations, large knowledge base for the AI), and give you an honest go-live date for your business.
Book My Free AI AuditWhat can extend the 72-hour timeline?
Three things, all of them honest and worth the wait:
- The AI voice agent (Dominate tier): adds 3-5 days for proper training. We refuse to ship a half-trained agent because a half-trained AI is worse than a missed call.
- Phone number porting: 2-7 business days for the carrier to release your existing numbers. We run on the new number in parallel until the port completes, so you do not lose any inbound calls during the wait.
- Heavy custom integrations: if you need direct API integration to ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a custom system, that adds 2-5 days. Most clients use Zapier or Make for the first 30 days while we evaluate whether direct integration is worth the effort.
Even at the upper end (Dominate tier with porting and a custom integration), most builds finish inside 14 days from kickoff to fully ported and integrated.
What you have to do during the build
Honestly, almost nothing. The whole point of HonorElevate is that I do the work. Your time commitment across the entire 72-hour build:
- 30 minutes: kickoff call
- 6 minutes: intake form
- 30 minutes: Day 2 test calls
- 30 minutes: Day 2 walkthrough
- 15 minutes: Day 3 go-live
Total: under 2 hours of your time across 3 days. Compare that to the 30-90 hours most owners burn trying to set up a SaaS platform themselves and never quite finish.
Why we can move this fast
Three reasons. First, one operator builds it. No agency layers, no project managers, no waiting for the offshore team to be online. Second, every part of the platform is in one stack. No integrating 8 separate tools. Third, the templates are already built for your industry. We are customizing, not building from scratch.
