"Sub-account" is just a fancy way of saying "your private workspace." HonorElevate runs on a multi-tenant architecture where every client gets their own isolated environment. Your contacts, your pipelines, your conversations, your reporting, all live inside your sub-account and only your sub-account. No other client can see your data. You cannot see theirs.
The interesting part is what gets built inside that sub-account before you ever log in. This post is the full architecture map.
What gets provisioned automatically
The moment your agreement is signed, the platform automatically creates your sub-account and provisions the base infrastructure. This happens in seconds, not days. Auto-provisioning includes:
- Your branded subdomain (yourbusiness.honorelevate.com or your custom domain).
- Database isolation so your contacts and conversations are private to your account.
- Storage bucket for any media you upload (logos, intake forms, recordings, documents).
- API keys generated for any future integrations.
- SSL certificate provisioned for HTTPS everywhere.
- Email sending domain configured with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for deliverability.
- SMS short codes or 10DLC numbers provisioned with proper carrier registration.
This is the boring foundational stuff that nobody thinks about until it does not work. We handle it before you see the platform so you never have to.
What I build manually during the 24-hour build window
This is where the real work happens. Auto-provisioning gives you an empty workspace. Manual configuration is what makes it actually run your business.
1. Phone system
- Local phone numbers provisioned in your area code (or your existing numbers ported in).
- Call routing rules configured: business hours route to AI, after-hours route to AI with emergency escalation, ring patterns set per number.
- Call recording enabled for AI training and quality review.
- Voicemail boxes set up with business-name greetings as a fallback.
- Caller ID configured so your outbound calls show your business name, not "unknown."
2. AI voice agent (Dominate tier and above)
- Knowledge base built from your services, pricing, hours, service area, and FAQs.
- Conversation script tuned to your brand voice.
- Booking flow configured to book straight into your calendar.
- Escalation rules set: when to transfer live, when to text you, when to take a message.
- Industry-specific edge cases trained: emergency triage for HVAC/plumbing, recall scheduling for dental, intake screening for med spa.
- Compliance disclosures added if your state or industry requires AI disclosure.
3. CRM and pipelines
- Contacts imported from your previous CRM (CSV or direct API depending on what you used).
- Pipeline stages built for your industry. Sample HVAC: New Lead → Estimate Scheduled → Estimate Sent → Job Scheduled → Job Complete → Review Requested → Won/Lost.
- Custom fields configured for the data you actually capture: equipment type, install date, warranty status, preferred technician, service plan tier.
- Tags and smart lists built for segmentation: "past customer," "estimate sent no response," "high-value job," "service plan member."
- Lead scoring rules configured if you want automatic prioritization.
4. Workflows and automation
Every HonorElevate sub-account ships with at least these core workflows configured and tested:
- Missed Call Text Back: fires within 11 seconds of any unanswered call. Customizable script, opt-out compliance built in.
- Post-job review request: 3-channel sequence (SMS, email, second SMS) timed for optimal response. Negative routing to you privately first.
- Estimate follow-up: 5-touch sequence over 14 days for any estimate that goes cold.
- Stale-lead reactivation: reaches out to leads that went quiet 30+ days ago.
- Web chat to SMS handoff: when a chat visitor closes the browser, the conversation continues by text.
- Appointment confirmation and reminder: reduces no-shows by 30-45% across most industries.
- Birthday and anniversary touches: for service businesses where customer loyalty matters.
5. Calendar and booking
- Two-way sync with Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Working hours, buffer time, and travel time configured.
- Emergency slots reserved (HVAC, plumbing) so AI can dispatch urgent calls.
- Round-robin booking for multi-tech teams.
- Class or group calendars for med spa, dental, fitness.
- Custom intake forms attached to specific appointment types so the AI captures what you need before the booking.
6. Web chat widget
- Conversation script tuned to your services and tone.
- Lead capture form embedded in chat (name, phone, what they need).
- SMS handoff configured: visitor enters phone number, conversation continues by text.
- Office hours awareness: in-hours = "we will respond shortly," after-hours = "we will get back to you first thing."
- Snippet generated. You or your web person drops it on your site in 3 minutes.
7. Review engine
- Connected to your Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook.
- Review request templates customized to your industry and brand voice.
- Negative routing: anyone who clicks "I had a bad experience" is sent privately to you instead of public review.
- Multi-channel sequence enabled (SMS first, email second, follow-up SMS third).
- Reputation monitoring active across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and BBB. You get pinged the second any new review hits.
8. Conversation inbox
- One screen for every call, text, email, and chat.
- Configured per team member based on their role.
- iOS and Android apps ready to install on your phone.
- Notification rules set so you only get pinged for what actually needs you.
- Quick reply templates pre-loaded for your common scenarios.
9. Team logins and permissions
- Owner login created for you with full access.
- Manager, sales, technician, and receptionist roles defined.
- Welcome SMS queued for each team member with their login and quick-start guide.
- Permission boundaries set so technicians cannot see financial data, sales cannot see other reps' books, etc.
10. Owner dashboard and weekly brief
- Five-metric dashboard configured (calls, leads, appointments, reviews, pipeline).
- Weekly Slack-style brief scheduled for Monday 7 AM local.
- Email and SMS notification preferences set.
- Drill-down links wired so every number on the dashboard opens the underlying detail.

The integration layer (built per request)
If you use external systems that need to connect, we build those integrations during week one or week two of go-live. Common ones:
- Job-management software: ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge. Direct API where supported, Zapier or Make where not.
- Accounting: QuickBooks Online, Xero. Customer sync and invoice push.
- Existing CRM you want to keep: bidirectional contact sync via API or Zapier.
- Specific industry tools: Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental for dental. Ascend, Aesthetics Pro for med spa.
- Marketing channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta Lead Ads. Lead capture and attribution reporting.
None of these are required for go-live. We can launch the sub-account standalone and integrate the rest in week 1-2 once we see what your actual data flow needs.
What it looks like when you log in for the first time
Day 3 morning. Coffee in hand. Click the link in your welcome email. You land on a dashboard that already shows: 0 calls handled, 0 leads captured, 0 reviews requested. Empty because you have not gone live yet. But the layout is yours, the menus are populated, your team is set up, your pipelines are visible, your phone numbers are listed, your calendar is connected.
This is the difference between HonorElevate and DIY platforms. You do not log in to an empty SaaS demanding that you build it. You log in to a working system that just needs the routing flipped.
For a tour of what that dashboard shows once data starts flowing, read The HonorElevate Dashboard: What an Owner Actually Sees Every Monday Morning.

Book My Free AI AuditThe bigger picture
The reason every part of HonorElevate ships pre-configured is simple: most service business owners do not have the time or the patience to learn a new platform. They have customers to serve. They want a system that works on day one, not a SaaS subscription that asks them to "build their first workflow" in a 47-minute video tutorial.
That is the whole point. You did not get into HVAC, plumbing, dental, or roofing because you wanted to learn marketing automation software. You got into it to do the work and make a living. HonorElevate does the software part so you can do the work part.
